Tasting Notes

It presents a bright pale yellow colour with greenish highlights. On the nose it is fresh and expressive, with a marked presence of tropical fruit, notably pineapple and a subtle hint of banana, accompanied by white flowers and citrus notes that add vibrancy. On the palate it is light, precise and very fresh, with lively, well-integrated acidity that enhances its aromatic character.

Origin
Sourced from La Bodegaza, our own vineyards over 50 years old, farmed to preserve freshness and the varietal expression of Garnacha Blanca.
Variety
100% Garnacha Blanca, a faithful expression of the freshness and identity of the terroir.
Harvest
The grapes are hand-harvested at La Bodegaza early in the morning, at their optimal point of freshness and ripeness. They are collected in 200 kg crates to maintain their integrity and immediately cooled to 4 °C until vinification the following day, thus preserving the primary aromas and the purity of Garnacha Blanca.

Winemaking
Extraction
After harvest, the grapes are kept in cold maceration at 7 °C for 6 hours, enhancing aromatic expression and freshness on the palate.
Aging
The wine matures on fine lees kept in suspension, with weekly bâtonnage under CO₂, which adds volume, complexity and structure while preserving the freshness and aromatic purity of Garnacha Blanca.
