Origin
Grown in our own vineyards, La Bodegaza and Las Cellas, with over 25 years of history, yielding an average of 2.5 kg per vine.
Variety
A balanced blend of 70% White Garnacha and 30% Macabeo, creating a unique and harmonious profile.
Harvest
The grapes are hand-harvested at their optimal point of phenolic ripeness, using small-capacity containers to preserve their quality. They are then chilled for 48 hours at 4°C to enhance the extraction of primary aromas before being transferred to the winery.
