Origin
From our La Bodegaza and Las Cellas vineyards, with 25 years of age, each vine yields an average of 2 kg.
Variety
100% Garnacha, meticulously selected to create a rosé of exceptional quality.
Harvest
The hand harvest takes place when the grapes reach their optimal phenolic ripeness, using small-capacity containers. They are then refrigerated for 48 hours at 4°C to enhance the extraction of primary aromas before being transported to the winery.

Extraction
After destemming, a skin-contact maceration is carried out at 10°C for 24 hours to intensify aromatic quality and mouthfeel.
Aging
Fermentation is controlled with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks at 17°C, preserving the characteristic fruity aromas of Garnacha.
